Welcome to Globall (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

Globall is a digital platform that enables sports clubs to manage their daily operations, including player registration, training, events, communication, and administration (“the Platform”).

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Globall Platform and related services.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

To use Globall, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or have consent from a parent or guardian if you are under 18.
• Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information.
• Have the authority to represent your club or organisation (for club administrators).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account providing false or misleading information.

• Clubs and users must register an account to access the Platform.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
• You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account.

Globall will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your credentials.

All users (including clubs, managers, coaches, players, and parents) agree to:

• Use the Platform lawfully and only for sports-related purposes.
• Not upload or share any offensive, defamatory, or unlawful material.
• Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.
• Respect the privacy and data rights of other users.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove users or clubs that violate these Terms.

If you are a Club Administrator:

• You are responsible for verifying and managing your club’s members (players, parents, coaches, and staff).
• You must ensure that all personal data uploaded to the Platform has been lawfully obtained, particularly where minors are involved.
• You agree to comply with applicable sports governance, safeguarding, and data protection regulations.

Globall complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

• Clubs act as Data Controllers for the personal data they upload.
• Globall acts as a Data Processor, processing data on behalf of clubs.

• You retain ownership of any data or content you upload.
• By using the Platform, you grant Globall a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process, and display your data as necessary to provide services.
• Globall does not claim ownership over club or user data.

All rights in the Platform, including trademarks, branding, design, and source code, belong to or are licensed to Globall.

You may not copy, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without written consent from Globall.

We aim to maintain consistent access to the Platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues may temporarily affect availability.

We are not liable for downtime, delays, or loss resulting from system interruptions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Globall will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount (if any) you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform if:

• You violate these Terms or applicable laws,
• Your account remains inactive for an extended period, or
• Required for maintenance or legal compliance.

Termination does not affect your obligations accrued prior to termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updates will be posted on our website, and you will be notified of any material changes.

Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in London, United Kingdom.
